Direction One
Projects
Long-form inquiries and cultural experiments. Projects test ideas in the world through installations, performances, programs, and public-facing works.
The Turubai Lab is a creative and cultural research space. It incubates ideas from the Tribe, translating them into systems, projects, and experiences that move people and perspective.
The Lab is structured into three interconnected directions — each representing a distinct way ideas move from imagination into the world.
Direction One
Long-form inquiries and cultural experiments. Projects test ideas in the world through installations, performances, programs, and public-facing works.
Direction Two
Strategy, systems, storytelling, and facilitation. This is where the Lab partners with organizations to translate insight into action.
Direction Three
A living record of processes, learnings, and outcomes. The Archive traces how ideas evolve — from question to form, from form to experience.
